Event types with booking rules, per-employee availability and personal booking pages, meetings, video conferencing and calendar sync.
Scheduling covers both halves of time: letting people book you, and organising the work of the people who work for you. It is one workspace because the same availability has to answer both questions — an employee who is on shift is not simultaneously free for a customer booking.
Bookings are made by contacts and appear against them. Booking a meeting is one of the steps an automation can run, so an onboarding workflow can put the kickoff call in the diary itself. Employees see their own schedule and booking link in their portal; customers see their upcoming events in theirs.
Create an account at /setup and describe how people get time with you. Connect a calendar so
existing commitments are respected from day one, and share the booking pages once availability is
set.
Availability is derived rather than declared twice — shifts, existing meetings and calendar sync all narrow what a public booking page will offer, which is why the page can be shared safely.
