Reusable templates that run onboarding and recurring workflows step by step, for employees and customers alike.
An automation is a template made of steps that ThothOS runs for you when something happens. The usual reason to reach for one is onboarding — a new employee or a new customer needs the same eight things to happen every time, and nobody should be working from a checklist in their head.
Because the steps reach into contracts, learning, tasks, scheduling and notifications directly, an automation is not an integration you have to maintain. A contract sent by an automation is the same contract record your contracts workspace shows; a course enrolment is the same enrolment the employee sees in their portal.
Create an account at /setup and describe how you bring on a new customer or a new hire. The AI
interview turns that description into a starting workspace; automations are then a matter of
writing the steps you already perform manually.
Automations run against records inside your company only — they never reach another tenant's data. An automation that is mid-run keeps its history, so pausing to fix a step does not lose the record of what already happened.
