Infrastructure you use — AI, database storage, file storage, and hosting — is billed at our provider cost plus 15%. Every seat you pay for carries $7 of usage credit, pooled across your whole company; you are only invoiced for what your company uses beyond that pool.
Seats are billed monthly and renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the Billing tab — no long-term contract.
