What contracts does in ThothOS

Contracts turns a PDF you already use into something signable and trackable. You upload the document once as a template, mark where signatures and fields belong, and from then on it is something you assign rather than something you email and chase.

What you can do

• Upload PDF templates and reuse them, instead of re-preparing the same agreement per customer.
• Place signature fields where the signatures actually go on your document.
• Assign to employees or customers — the same machinery serves an employment agreement and a service agreement.
• Track signing status from assigned through to signed, so "who has not signed yet" is a view rather than an inbox search.
• Let recipients sign from any device and download their own copy afterwards.
• Organise by category so a growing set of agreements stays navigable.

How it fits the rest of the platform

Contracts is one of the steps an automation can run, so a new-hire or new-customer workflow can put the right agreement in front of the right person without anyone remembering to. Customers sign theirs from the customer portal; employees sign theirs from the employee portal — the same record, seen from each side.

Getting started

Create an account at /setup and describe the agreements your business sends. Bring the PDFs you already use; templates are built from your documents, not from a library of generic ones.

Good to know

ThothOS records who signed, and when, against the contract record. It is your agreement and your wording throughout — the platform handles preparation, delivery and evidence of signature, not legal advice about what your contract should say.
