A self-service portal under your brand where your customers pay invoices, sign contracts, buy services and open tickets.
The customer portal is the part of ThothOS your customers use. It carries your brand, not ours, and it exists so that the routine things a customer wants — paying a bill, checking what they bought, signing something, asking for help — do not have to come through you.
Everything in the portal is a view onto your own records, so there is no syncing and no lag. An invoice paid in the portal is paid in your invoicing workspace at the same instant, and a ticket raised there is a task in your queue. Access is confined to that customer's own records — a portal user can never see another customer's data.
Create an account at /setup. If the AI interview hears that you serve customers directly, the
customer portal is part of the workspace it assembles. What each customer sees is governed by what
you have given them, so the portal is safe to open early.
The portal is a customer surface, deliberately separate from the employee one. Your staff work in the company workspace; your customers only ever reach the portal, and the two are different route spaces with different permissions rather than one interface with things hidden.
