Invoices with online payment links, status from draft to paid, recurring billing schedules, customer autopay and a full payments ledger.
Invoicing is how money is asked for and recorded. An invoice here is not a document you export and track elsewhere — it carries its own payment link, its own status, and its own place in a ledger that also holds the credits and refunds against it.
Invoices bill from the inventory catalog and are addressed to contacts. Payments settle through the processing you configure in accounting. Your customers see and pay them in the customer portal, and the marketplace and sales workspaces raise them automatically for what your customers buy. One ledger sits underneath all of that.
Create an account at /setup and describe how you charge — one-off, recurring, or both. Connect a
payment processor in accounting when you are ready to take card payments; you can raise and send
invoices before that step.
Credits and refunds are recorded as ledger entries rather than edits to a sent invoice, so the history of what was charged and what was returned stays intact and auditable.
