A personal workspace for each employee — their tasks, training, schedule, booking page and contracts, separate from the shared company workspace.
Every employee in ThothOS has two places to work: the shared company workspace, where the business lives, and their own portal, where their work lives. The employee portal is the second one. It answers "what is mine today" without making someone filter the whole company's data to find out.
The portal is not a second copy of anything. A task shown here is the same task the company workspace shows; completing it in the portal completes it everywhere. The split exists so that a person's own work is a place they can go, rather than a filter they have to remember to apply.
Employees reach both the company workspace and their personal portal; what they can see in the company workspace is governed by their permissions, and the personal portal is scoped to them.
Create an account at /setup, then add your team from the organisation workspace. Each person you
add gets a portal automatically — there is nothing to provision.
Employee and customer portals are different surfaces with different access, not one interface with sections hidden. An employee cannot reach the customer portal, and a customer cannot reach the employee one.
