Products with stock and serial numbers, a services catalog, vendors and manufacturers with per-vendor pricing, and lodging units.
Inventory holds everything you sell, rent, install or keep on a shelf, plus the suppliers you get it from. It is deliberately broader than a stockroom: a service you sell and a room you rent are catalogued here alongside physical products, because all three end up on invoices.
Invoicing bills from this catalog, sales fulfils from this stock, rentals draws its availability from these units, and the marketplace sells these services to your customers. Because it is one catalog, a price change does not need to be repeated per workspace.
Create an account at /setup and describe what you sell. The AI interview builds a catalog shaped
to your business; if you carry serialised equipment, or rent rooms, say so during the interview and
those parts come with it.
Serial-number tracking is per item, so a device installed at a customer site can be traced back to the purchase order it arrived on and forward to the customer it belongs to.
