Articles with templates and an approval workflow, split between internal and customer-visible, searchable from support and tasks.
The knowledge base is where your company's answers are written down once. It exists so that the thing your best technician knows is not only in their head, and so that the answer a customer needs is not re-typed by whoever picks up the ticket.
Articles link into task management, so a recurring problem can carry its resolution with it, and into the customer portal, so a customer can find the answer before opening a ticket. Learning courses cover training; the knowledge base covers reference — the two are different jobs and both live inside the platform your team already works in.
Create an account at /setup. Describe the questions your team answers repeatedly during the AI
interview, and the knowledge base arrives shaped around them.
Customer-visible is a deliberate flag, not a default. An article is internal until someone decides otherwise, so drafting freely does not risk publishing an internal note to your customers.
