What is refundable

ThothOS subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable. Cancelling stops all future renewals; your access continues through the end of the current paid period and then ends.

Refund window

Because subscriptions are non-refundable, there is no money-back window. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals — the subscription runs to the end of the current paid period and then stops renewing.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Billing tab in your account; cancellation stops future renewals and is effective at the end of the current paid period. See our Terms.
